You can easily redeliver your Studio Skye products in Second Life — whether you're replacing lost inventory or getting the latest version of a product you already own.

01 / Lost inventory

Get it back.

Sometimes Second Life inventory goes missing. All Skye products are set up to allow redelivery through Second Life Marketplace.

02 / Product upgrades

Stay up to date.

Studio Skye updates selected products from time to time. Updates are normally sent automatically, but if you've missed one, Marketplace redelivery can provide the latest version of an eligible product.

How it works

Three simple steps.

Marketplace redelivery works for both lost inventory and eligible upgrades. Sign in to Second Life Marketplace with the account that originally bought the product.

Open your account

On Second Life Marketplace, open the account menu and select My account.

Find your order

Open Order history and locate the Studio Skye purchase.

Redeliver

Open the order and select Redeliver item for the product.

Products with upgrades.

Frequently asked.

Does the Animated Water Set qualify for a free upgrade to the PBR Water Set?

No. PBR Water is a completely new product, developed separately from the older Animated Water Set. Free upgrades are available where a new version directly follows an earlier product, such as the eligible collections listed above.
